A good teacher is someone who sets the bar at a level that students can reach. He puts them just a little above the height that they can easily reach. It is someone who finds the best way students can internalize the material they are learning.

Calling is something we may not understand when we are young. However, we can instantly recognize them in people who have them. We see in these people how their working posture easily transforms into a basic attitude, into a positive attitude in the face of the challenges that a class can present.

When teachers treat all students equally; if they don’t mind spending a little more time explaining to the students who need it; if they are friendly and close to the students, and especially if they can show a lot of patience, then we speak of an ideal teacher.
