I Like The People Who Give Me Sun On A Cloudy Day

Albert Einstein said that darkness does not actually exist. He meant that darkness is nothing more than the absence of light and sun. And this is often the case with the people around us.

We don’t know why, but we all have friends or relatives who, whenever things get complicated, have nothing better to do than bring us more negativity. They are unable to come up with strategies, solutions, or at least support.

We all also know that these types of people don’t come across in abundance. Friends and relatives already occupy all the fingers of one hand and therefore we have to protect ourselves in some way from those who always want to paint our days gray, as well as our hopes and insecurities.

We invite you to think about it with us. Should you yourself be one of these people with your own light, we would like to encourage you to never stop being a sun to your fellow human beings on a cloudy day.

What do we actually understand by a person who gives us sun? Are we perhaps entering more of a spiritual rather than a psychological terrain here? It’s not that difficult to define that, and even less difficult to recognize these people.

There are many psychological traits in this type of profile that are easy to identify, we’re not talking about magic here. They are ordinary people who put on an everyday smile, who find the right word in every moment.

They are not people who have an arbitrarily positive attitude and give everyone a “don’t worry, everything will be fine”   . Not at all.

• They can build closeness because they have great empathy and inner balance. You are positive, but it is a practical positive attitude based on strategy and balance.
• They know when you need them and when to give someone their space. They don’t ask for anything, they don’t expect anything in return.

• When we are with them we can be ourselves. Without pressure, without having to pretend or justify anything.
• They are people who give the sun because they give you new courage, and even if they do not have the solution to our problems, it is not what we ask them for. They are just there without judging us, without criticism, without disdain.

If it is you who gives the other sun, then never stop shining

It is quite possible that you yourself are a figure of light. You illuminate others day after day. You always have the b este in mind and act on disinterested way, for so you feel good, so you understand life. You wouldn’t know how to do it any other way.

You should remember that it is the way you are and the way you feel about life that you give support to those around you. And if you always see life in such a simple and humble way, then you will shine forever with your own light.

But sometimes we can also be extinguished.

– It’s easy to be that light during a thunderstorm, but sometimes those we have on our side just make fun of it. They can call you naive, they can ironically call you weakling and make you the typical person who is exploited by others.

– Recall what we indicated at the beginning with the quote from Einstein. There is no darkness, in reality there is only a lack of light and sun. That is, there is no authentic malice in these people who make the mistake of attacking the way you are.

– In the place of malice, or darkness, there is only a lack of emotional intelligence, understanding, empathy and personal strategies.

– If you shine with your own light, then don’t let others extinguish it. Also, don’t lose all of your energy on someone who doesn’t deserve it.
